Invite participants

Use the invitation materials and modify them to suit your needs!

The Borderland Dialogue days this spring are Thursday, April 23, 2026, and Tuesday, May 19, 2026. You can also arrange dialogues at another time that suits you by May 29, 2026.

The organiser is responsible for inviting participants to the discussion. We offer instructions, tips, and materials!

You can organise a discussion, for example:

Within your organization
Within a network
For a wide range of different groups

Consider which target group you need to deepen understanding of belonging and security with.

The recommended number of participants is 3–12 people (face-to-face) or 3–8 (remotely).

Use all the relevant channels at your disposal to invite participants. The more personal the invitation, the more likely you are to get people to attend! Invitation channels depend on who you want to invite – think about which channels will reach your specific target group. It is worth taking your time for the invitation process.
